As founder of the ECB’s Market Operations Innovation Lab (MOSIL), he champions the integration of advanced analytics and AI/ML to optimise operational efficiency, risk management, and user experience—delivering practical solutions that modernise back office processes and enhance monetary policy transmission. Colm leads initiatives in AI-driven financial market analysis and treasury management, ensuring that innovation is both impactful and responsible by maintaining the highest standards. He actively collaborates with central banks and industry partners on joint projects, shaping the future of financial services in Europe.
