Biography

With 15 + years’ industry experience in the areas of payment, clearing and settlement, and capital market operations, including managing Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) operations, and leadership in the Central Securities Depository (CSD) implementation, operating rules development, and operationalization. Currently serving as a Director of Market and Securities Operations Directorate at the National Bank of Ethiopia overseeing the CSD operations for Government instruments, equities instruments, and central bank operations.
