Biography

Dane has the responsibility for the design and delivery of tools and applications across the PRA that enable a data first approach to supervision. He leads the innovation agenda for the PRA and is a member of the Bank of England's Innovation Committees. Dane’s career spans over two decades in the financial services sector and has a wealth of expertise in data management and analytics, change delivery and transformational leadership. Prior to joining the Bank of England in 2024, Dane implemented multiple key transformation initiatives at Barclays Bank PLC driving advancements in analytics, data governance, and customer experience.
